I have submitted my questionnaire but need to make a change, how do I do this?

I have submitted answers to my questionnaires, but I need to change something. How can I do this?

Solution

If you have submitted your questionnaire you are currently unable to make any changes to this.
Please use the Messages tab to send a direct message to the host where you can ask them to reopen the questionnaire for you which will allow you to change your answers and re-submit them.
