How do I delete a contact from a supplier's Contact List in Supplier Onboarding?

What's the issue you're facing?

I need to delete a contact from a suppliers contact list. How do I do this?

Solution

In order to remove a supplier contact from a supplier profile in Onboarding, please follow the below steps:

1. First navigate to the Supplier profile you wish to alter from the "Participant Summary".

2. Once open, click on the "Contact List", it should look like this.

3. Provided the contact is not the "Lead" the contact will have a red bin icon appear next to it. To remove that supplier click on the red bin.

4. A pop up will then appear asking you to confirm that you wish to remove that contact. It should look like this. To confirm, click "OK".

* Note that you cannot remove a "Lead contact" from a profile. If you wish to remove a "Lead contact" you must re-assign this role to another contact before you can remove the original.
