What are Intelligent Notifications in Market Dojo

Whilst using Market Dojo for your Live Events, we have created Intelligent Notifications to be sent to your suppliers 12-36 hours before key deadlines. This saves you time, as you do not need to remind suppliers of specific actions; and also acts as a reminder for the supplier.


What Intelligent Notifications get sent from Market Dojo?

The below are examples of notifications that get sent to suppliers in various scenarios. 

Supplier yet to accept invitation

If a supplier is yet to accept your invitation they will be sent the following message:


‘You have not yet responded to your invitation to the <event type> <event name> being hosted by <company>. The next deadline for this event is <next key deadline>.

Accept the invite on this link <event link>


An example of how this would look for a supplier is:


You have not yet responded to your invitation for the Request for Quotation "Market Dojo Coffee Beans" being hosted by Market Dojo. The next deadline for this event is April 17th, 2019 12:00 BST. Follow the link to complete the questionnaires: https://secure.marketdojo.com/events/00000000


Participant has accepted invitation but not completed questionnaire

If your supplier HAS accepted your invitation but has NOT completed their questionnaire they will be sent the following message:

You have not yet responded to all the questionnaires for the <event type> <event name> being hosted by <company>. The next deadline for this event is <next key deadline>.

An example of how this would look for a supplier is:

Participant has not bid on an RFQ

If your running an RFQ and the supplier HAS accepted your invite and completed your questionnaire (if applicable) they would receive the following message:


We are waiting for you to place bids on the event <event name>. The deadline for placing bids is <bid_deadline>. You can review and complete your bids on this link: <event link>


An example of how this would look for a supplier is:


We are waiting for you to place bids on the event "Market Dojo Coffee Beans". The deadline for placing bids is April 17, 2019 12:00 BST. You can review and complete your bids on this link: https://secure.marketdojo.com/events/0000000/lots


Suppliers Auction starts soon

If your supplier has completed everything required prior to the 36 hour deadline they would receive the following message:


The auction <event name> will start on <event start_at>. You can review and complete qualification bids on this link: <event link>


An example of how this would look to the supplier is:
