I am trying to make changes to a questionnaire but I am not able to as my participants have already answered

What's the issue you're facing?

I would like to make changes to a questionnaire, however I'm not able to as my participants have already answered.

Solution

You can still make changes to an existing questionnaire, even if you have already received answers from your participants.

  1. In order to do so you will need to click on the 'Allow- Re-Sub' button for any participants who have answered. (This will allow them to add an answer for the changed questions). You can see instructions on how to do this here:
    1. Allowing re-submission on a questionniare
  2. Once all partcipants that have answered have been placed into a status of 'Allow re-sub' you should then be able to place the event into Edit mode and make changes to your questionniares.
  3. Once you have made your changes and save them, Market Dojo will remind you to notify the participants of the changes.
  4. The participant will then need to submit their answers again.
*Note that when you allow re-sub any existing answers will still be there, so the participants will only need to add an answer for the question/s that have been changed.
