New Features: Q1 2025

Integrating with Veridion's supplier discovery technology we have created a fully integrated solution that empowers procurement professional to:
- Speed up Supplier Identification - Quickly identify and evaluate suppliers that meet your specific criteria
- Optimise Costs - Save time and resource expenditure while unlocking competitive suppliers
- Enhance risk management - Rely on verified, real time supplier data for confident decision making
- Ensure seamless workflow integration - Effortlessly connect supplier discovery, evaluation and negotiation within a unified platform.
Onboarding - Add last submitted date option to the participants summary
We have now added the functionality on our platform for you to be able to see your suppliers last submission date via the participant summary.
To set this up on your account, you will need to go into your SIM Settings and select the tick box to make this visible:
Once this has been selected, if you go onto your participant summary page you will then see this new column:
We have also added filtering onto this column so you can search for specific date ranges or most recent (or oldest) in order on this view.
Update to Child Hierarchy Display – Now Includes Contract Reference
Previously, when multiple contracts shared the same name, it could be difficult to distinguish between them due to the display of only the Contract ID.
To improve clarity and ease of use, the dropdown now displays the Contract Reference instead. This update will help you more easily identify and select the correct contract.
Custom Fields: Ability to delete/edit if not in use
We’re pleased to announce that it is now possible to delete custom fields within the system.
Please note that custom fields can only be deleted if they are not linked to any existing data or records. If a field is currently in use, any associated links must be removed before deletion is permitted.
This enhancement is part of our ongoing effort to give you greater flexibility and control over your data management.
