What do I do if I cannot add enough rows or columns to my Advanced Lot?

What is the issue you're facing?

Whilst creating my Advanced Lot I am not able to add enough rows or columns. How do I overcome this?

Solution

Within advanced lot event there is a maximum cell limit of 5000 cells. There is also a limit for the number of ranked cells you can have within an advanced lot, the maximum number of ranked cells is 1000.

In the unlikely scenario that you reach the capacity limit, it is recommended that you split the line items or lots in an appropriate way and run a second event.

Tip: If you reach the limit and split the line items or lots so they are run in 2 events you can save the first event as a template and then load this when creating a second event. This will save you time creating the event settings, documents and lot structure.
