How do I setup questions so that I can pass or fail a suppliers answers?

What is the issue you're facing?

I have created a question, but would like the options to be able to pass or fail a suppliers response. Is this possible and if so how do I do this?

Solution

For important questions where you would like to specifically flag answers that do not meet your criteria, you can mark specific answers as a ‘Fail’ by updating the dropdown to ‘Yes’. Failed answers will be clearly marked in the supplier’s submission.

When setting up your question click on the Edit the question attributes button.

Choose your question type, for example Yes/No, Pick fom list or Multiple choice.

Next to each answer you will see a Fail column. Select Yes for a response where you would like the supplier to fail.

In the example above if a supplier was to answer No then their response would be a Fail response and so would reject them from the event when they submit. Whereas if they answer Yes and submit, as this is not selected to be a Fail response would allow them to continue with the event.
