How do I re-accept a participant that has declined the invitation or been rejected from my event?
What is the issue you're facing?
A participant has declined an event or been declined as they failed a questionnaire. How can I re-accept them to my event?
Solution
If a participant has been declined you can accept them again on the participants tab.
Find the participant and to the left of their name click on the drop down and choose 'Accept'
The option looks like this:
NOTE: If they failed a questionnaire, you will also need to allow them to re-submit their answer to the questionnaire (on the questionnaire tab).
