How can my users request a Sourcing license?
What is the issue you're facing?
I would like users that have the ability to see and manage my users to be able to request a license. Is there a way to do this?
Solution
Yes this can be done. Firstly you would need to navigate to Admin > Sourcing Settings and ensure the Allow License Purchases option is enabled.
*If set to true, users of this company will be able to use self-service to purchase a licence for running a sourcing event. We would recommend removing this, if there is a centralised process for licence issuing.
Once this has been enabled if a user navigates to Admin > Host Permissions they will the see a Request a license button.
This will then send a request for an annual Sourcing license to be granted.
*Please note that for license requests for other modules you would need to contact your account manager or Market Dojo Support.
