How do I upload my Advanced Lot template to my event?
What's the issue you're facing?
I have download a lot template for my Advanced Lot and filled it in. I now need to upload it. How do I do this?
Solution
Once you
have downloaded the lot template and made the changes required, you then need
to save the Excel Workbook and upload back into the Advanced Lot. You can do
this by going into the Advanced Lot and clicking the ‘Upload Lot Template’
button. Once uploaded the advanced Lot table with columns, rows and cell data
types will appear.
Top tip:
when the upload has been completed check the cell types and names are what you
were expecting to see.

*Note that if you have made any changes to the structure of the lots in the template that this will fail to upload and give you an error stating that the template did not match the structure of your lots. If you see this error it is reocmmended to download a fresh template and copy and paste your date making sure not to override any of the cells not highlighted yellow (the editable cells)
