What are the different Document status a supplier can be in and what do they mean in Supplier Onboarding?

I would like to understand what the Document status in Supplier Onboarding is for and what the different status' mean.
Solution
The Document status in Supplier Onboarding is relevant to any suppliers that have questionnaires assigned that have document upload questions that may have expiry dates such as insurances.
Depending on the current state of the supplier there are several states which the Document Status can be in. These are explained in the table below.
Status | Meaning
| Not Submitted | The supplier may have started answering questionnaires with document upload questions but has not yet submitted all required responses.
| Submitted | The supplier has submitted all questionnaires containing document upload questions, but the overall onboarding process is not yet complete. | Current | Onboarding is complete, and all uploaded documents are valid — none are expired or due to expire soon. | Expiring | One or more uploaded documents will expire within the next 30 days. | Expired | One or more uploaded documents have already expired. | N/A | The supplier has not been asked to fill out a questionnaire with a document upload question with an expiry date |
