What are the event Timescales I can setup and how do I configure them?

I am trying to understand the timescales I can setup and how to configure them. How can I do this?

Solution

There are several time scales which you would need to consider when configuring your event.

The configurable timescales are as follows : 
  1. Questionnaire deadlines.

  1. RFQ Bid deadlines.

  1. Auction start time.

These deadlines are all configurable whilst the event is in edit mode on the settings tab.

Notes : 

  1. Questionnaire and RFQ deadlines can be altered even after the deadline has passed. By extending these deadlines, participants that have not responded will then be able to submit a response.
  2. Auction start times are a little more complex. The start time can be extended provided the auction has not yet started.
  3. Once auctions have begun their dynamic close can be extended on the Auction tab by clicking on "Settings". Here you can extend the duration of the Auction.
