Why can I not see all of the documents, questionnaires, RFQ or Auction tabs in an event that I have been invited to?

What is the issue that you're facing?

I have been invited to an event that I have accepted where I was expecting to see additional questionnaires, RFQ or Auction tab but I can only see one questionnaire. Why is this?

Solution

If you encountet this situation this is likely because the event that you have been invited to has a pre-qualifying questionnaire.

This means that until you have answered and submitted you response this questionnaire and the host of the event has subsequently approved your responses the rest of the event will not be open to you. Once the host has approved your response the rest of the event will then become available.

You can see if an event has a pre-qualifying questionnare on the Overview tab. If you scroll down to the first heading under the Event information this will be the first questionnaire in the event and you will see the words (Pre-Qualification). 

You can see in the example below where it's highlighted at the bottom that the event has both a PQQ and an RFQ, however where highlighted at the top you can only see the tab for the PQQ and not the RFQ. 

Once this has been submitted and the host has approved the response you can see that the rest of the event then becomes available.
