I need to upload a new document as the old one has expired
To replace your expired document(s). Please follow the following steps
1. Login at
(note that if you cannot remember your password there is also a link to the Can't access your account?
2. Navigate to your answers
(you should find a 'Supplier Onboarding' widget on your dashboard. You can click on this to get access to the event, then check the documents tab if you are not sure which documents have expired).
3. Scroll down to find the expired answers (if you are unable to find them, then simply use the 'submit' button at the very bottom and the system will indicate which answers are missing.
4. Upload new documents.
5. Click submit.
