I'm having issues with logging in to Market Dojo. What can I do?
Solution
If you are experiencing an issue with logging in there are a few steps you can take.
- Reset your password
- Clear your browser cache and cookies
- Clear any saved passwords for Market Dojo from within your browser settings
Reset your password
Enter your email into the text box and then click on the Send button.
You will then see a blue banner appear to confirm a reset request has been received.
You will then receive an email with a link to confirm your reset that you will need to click on.
You will then need to enter your new password in the two text fields and then click on the Reset Your Password button and then this should then log you into your Market Dojo account.

Clear any saved passwords for Market Dojo from within your browser settinggs
Google Chrome
To clear a saved password from Google Chrome follow these steps:
Click on the elipsis in the top right corner.
Click on the Password and autofill option and then click on Google Password Manager.
Search for marketdojo.com and then click on the arrow next to it.
You may be asked for the sigin credentials for the account you are logged in with. Input these.
Find the relevant username and then click on the Delete option.
Now try logging in again.
