What do the settings for 'Additional List View Fields' mean?

I would like to know what the Additional List View settings are for within the Onboarding Settings

The Additional List View Fields settings cover the following:

Invited Date
When selected, the date on which each participant was first invited to be onboarded will be shown in the participant summary

Onboarded Date
When selected, the date on which each participant first reached a status of 'Onboarding Complete' will be shown in the participant summary

Last Submitted Date
This date shows the most recent date your participant submitted their questionnaire within the participant summary list view. 

Questionnaire Completed Percentage
When selected, the percentage of all mandatory questions answered by each participant will be shown within the participant summary list view
