Solution
The Inactive Participant settings covers the following:
Notify Participants
A reminder will be sent when no changes have been made to unsubmitted answers for this period of time.
Notify participants every
Regular reminders are sent to participants who have not updated in-progress answers. This controls how frequently these reminders are sent.
Notify participants for
If the participant has not accepted the invite after this period of time, then the system will stop sending them reminder emails and will change their status to ‘Not Responding’.
