Top 5 Recent Features - Jan 2025

Featured Highlights

We are pleased to share a recap of our top 5 recent new features:

1. Sourcing - Improved Supplier Editing For Questionnaire Responses

Everyone makes mistakes, and this feature helps your participants correct theirs, by allowing them to make the relevant changes to their questionnaire answers up until the deadline. Your participants can make multiple changes to their responses, but as soon as the deadline passes they are no longer able to make changes.

2. Supplier Onboarding - Onboarding Mass Delete

Previously, if you wished to move your participants into the recycle bin you would have to do this one by one (which can be time-consuming). Now you can move them en masse. Please note, if you wish to access this feature please contact your account manager or support. As a precautionary measure, the feature is not visible unless requested to avoid any mass accidental deletions.

3. Sourcing - Notification to Event Collaborators

Strong communication is critical, and you have identified areas where additional notifications would be beneficial when adding new collaborators to a live event. We have now improved this feature so you can send notification emails at any time to improve visibility and engagement across the event.

4. Sourcing - Warning When Bidding 0 on Advanced Lots

We received a lot of feedback from our users that participants were bidding 0 on a partial bidding event when they did not need to. 0 bids can be legitimate, so we did not wish to stop this altogether, however your participants now see an advisory message to let them know that they are no longer required to bid 0.

5. Sourcing - Advanced Lots Column Labels

To remove complexity and potential confusion in advanced lots, we recognise that there can be many columns, which can be tricky to see which are host or participant entered cells. To improve the usability and solve this we have now added column labels to identify and address the challenge.

We will continue to improve and innovate across our tools, so look out for future updates available in our Knowledgebase, and if you have any direct queries or requests, please speak with your account manager.
