What is the Market Dojo platform for?

Market Dojo Supplier Onboarding is a streamlined process in the Market Dojo platform that helps organisations invite, assess, and approve new suppliers. It enables suppliers to complete questionnaires, upload required documents (with expiry tracking), and progress through clear status stages — from invitation to final decision — ensuring compliance, efficiency, and accurate supplier records.

How do I know who the invitation is from?

You will have receved an email invtation like the one below inviting you to onboard as a suppliers to a client's Onboarding platform. 

Typciall the Market Dojo will have been customises to the relevant suppliers logo and the first line of the email will be 'Please register as a supplier to "name of the event the supplier is inviting you to". 

You can also see who the true sender of the invitation is if you look at the from reply-to of the email invitation that has been sent.  

How do I know what the invitation is about?

The invitation will include all of the information relevant to the event that you will need to know in the Event Brief section on the invitation.
