How to complete an Onboarding event as a supplier

How to complete an Onboarding event as a supplier

What is the issue you're facing?

I have been invited to an Onboarding event. I have accepted the invite but am unsure on what to do.

If you haven't yet accepted the invite, see here for how to accept an invitation to an Onboarding event

Solution

In order to complete the process once you have accepted an invite to an Onboarding event when you log in to your account you should see the event on your Dashboard and then follow these steps:

  1. On your Dashboard you should see a 'Supplier Onboarding' section and under this will be the invitations that you have received.
    1. You can see from here if you have accepted the event or not, and if there are any outstanding actions. In the example below we can see we have accepted the event, but have not yet submitted anything.
  2. Click on the name of the event and this will then take you to that event

  1. You'll then be taken to the Overview tab. This will explain what the event is about and will show you how many questionnaires the host would like you to answer. In this case we can see there is only one questionnaire assigned as highlighted below.

  1. If you click on the Contact List tab this will show which users have also been invited to this event and will show if they have View or Edit access. If they have Edit access they will be able to answer and submit questionnaires.
    1. If you need a different user to be invited if you use the Messages tab on the far right hand side you can send a message to the host of the event requesting this.

  1. You will now need to click onto the various Questionnaire tabs to the right of the Contact List tab to see and answer the questions that have been posed by the host.

  1. If the tab has a red X next to it this indicates you have yet to submit this questionnaire.

  1. Within the questionnaire there are various types of questions that the host may have asked of you. These are:
    1. Yes/No

    1. Pick from list - You can choose one option from the list

    1. Multiple choice - Select as many options as are appropriate

    1. Single line of text

    1. Paragraph text

    1. Document upload
      1. Note that if the host has not asked for an expiry date to be added you will not see the Expiry Date field
      2. Any expiry date entered must be in the future.

    1. Date

    1. Table

    1. Numeric

  1. Once you have filled out all of the questions you will be asked if you would like to submit your answers. If you are happy to do this click OK. If you want to make any edits click on Cancel.

  1. If you've made edits and want to then submit scroll to the very bottom and click on the Submit Answers button and then click on OK.

  1. You'll then see a green tick appear next to the name of the questionnaire in the tab. This indicated this has now been submitted.

  1. You need to do this for each of the questionnaires that you have been presented with until they all show as having a green tick against them.
  2. If you have submitted a questionnaire but need to make an edit to it, if you click on that questionnaire you will see this. In order to get the questionnaire opened up again to allow you to change your answers you'll need to us the Messages tab to message the host and ask them to allow re-submission on that questionnaire.

  1. You can also see from the Dashboard if any action is required of you. In the example below everything has been submitted so the status is 'No action required'. If the status is anything other than this there are actions you need to take to complete your submission.
