Why is my supplier email address showing as “Invalid email”?

I have invited a supplier, however the status of the supplier has updated to 'Invalid email'. Why is this and is there anything I can do?


Solution

If a suppliers status is showing as 'Invalid email' there could be several reasons for this. 
  1. The most common reason is that the email address does not exist on the recipient mail server and we have received a non-delivery report from the recipient mail server stating this. Check the email address for typos.
