New Features: Q3 2025
1) Supplier Collaboration on Sourcing Events - Now LIVE
In our last new features update I shared that this new feature was available in BETA, the good news this is now live and ready for use!
What is Collaboration?
Supplier collaboration is a feature that allows suppliers to invite and manage their own team members with the right expertise to contribute to tender submissions, improving accuracy and reducing management effort for hosts.

2) AI Assistant - Event Creation
You may have recently noticed the below icon now appearing at the top of your dashboards:
We continue to make AI a focus of our roadmap, seeking to make your day-to-day activities easier to manage, improving adoption and adding dynamic analysis.
3) Contracts - It is now possible to delete a contract!
It is now possible to delete contracts. To delete a contract you will need to archive the contract first. Once archived you will then see the below bin icon:
The below pop up will then appear:
Upon clicking OK the contract will be deleted.
4) 'Sneak Preview' of our new messages tab within Sourcing.
Our team have been working hard behind the scenes to create a newly designed messages tab within sourcing (which we hope to release next quarter) but please see below a sneak preview of what it should look like once released:
