We're excited to announce that our AI capability within the tool has been expanded, with an ever growing list of features.
We continue to make AI a focus of our roadmap, seeking to make your day-to-day activities easier to manage, improving adoption and adding dynamic analysis.
The Current Functionality
The AI Assistant can be found within the header bar of any Sourcing page:
On click a chat window will appear where you can ask the embedded AI (Gemini) any question you like!
Our latest iteration adds the ability for the assistant to create events for you.
Should you prompt it to, the event structure can be completely customised, and then it is possible to go on and define contained simple lot data for RFQ and auction type events.
The assistant will guide you through this process step-by-step, or use it's own recommendation based on how you wish to interact with it.
Additionally, the assistant is capable of digesting documents, providing information on the contents, before then going on to create events with this should you wish.
The AI assistant is powered by the Gemini AI interface and tailored with knowledge of the Market Dojo Sourcing environment.
It can also draw on the wider internet to provide context and insights.
At this stage, the assistant does not have access to your data; but we will explore this in the future to aid with single event and tool data meta-analysis.
As such, we’ve updated our Terms to reflect new and upcoming AI-powered features. These enhancements follow our commitment to responsible AI use — ensuring transparency, accuracy, and control for users.
What's Next?
We continue to build additional functionality into the AI Assistant so that it can provide the most value possible.
