Thank you for your time to provide feedback in our NPS survey for Q3; we're always looking at ways to improve.
Below are the key takeaways from the responses, and how you can get involved.
What's going well?
As ever the responses have lots of references to our usability, with one standout comment being "It's user friendly and very efficient for both the stakeholders and customers", but an assortment of others mentioning "ease of use" and "user friendliness".
Our design team continue to look at the latest modern interfaces to keep our usability the best it can possibly be.
We liaise with our Customer Advisory Board about the current areas of most concern; and changes to messaging and questionnaire creation are coming in the next few months.
We know how critical it is to get answers to your questions as quickly as possible, particularly when working on a live tender, and our support team received many kind shout-outs.
For their "reliable and fast customer service" whether that be by email, phone or "support via chat [which] is quick and very helpful".
Alongside our world-class customer success team, they are driven by giving you the best possible experience during your time in our tools.
And as for the functionality, there were some lovely words about the improvements our modules have made to the way you are able to work.
Being called a "great value system that can be tailored for our requirements", and another reminder of the key benefits to Sourcing; "It captures all bid activity in one, auditable place, and it automates the bid process which is much easier to manage and track."
This is what we pride ourselves on, and we're always looking at enhancements that will make the submission and analysis of responses easier than ever.
What could be better?
We know there are still areas that need improvement, and performance is one of those, with a couple mentions of "slow loading times"
As we expand our offering, with users creating ever more complex events, it's important to continue to assess the behaviour of our most commonly used pages and make sure they remain stable.
We have released performance advancements to our questionnaire engine and contract list in recent months, with more work awaiting release soon.
There was also a desire to explore the "creation of more difficult bid sheets."
Our advanced lot functionality is a very powerful tool as it stands, but it can be tricky both to get it to the desired format, and to make amendments. The recently released AI assistant will soon have the added functionality for creating advanced lots, which we hope will remove a lot of the barriers to matrix creation.
We are looking at drastic changes to the existing validation around cell structures, with a rank-less advanced lot type one of many ideas on how to make the system more flexible.
What's Coming Soon?
As mentioned above there is a whole suite of work nearing release:
- A redesign of the messaging system within Sourcing
- Improved UI and stability for the creation of questionnaires
- Advanced Lot creation from the AI assistant
- Performance improvements for Contracts
Beyond that, there are other projects being considered in the near future:
- Dynamic searching of the SRM for suppliers to add to Sourcing events
- Automatic integration from Onboarding to ERP systems
- AI assistant to search our existing Knowledge Base for the most accurate responses
