How do I accept a participant to my event?

What is the issue you are facing?

I have a participant that has not been automatically accepted to my event and I need to accept them manually. How do I do this?

Solution

You would need to accept a participant to an event if they have joined through an invitation code or if you chose not to automatically accept participants to the event during the set up of your event. 


Once a participant has accepted the invite you will need to click on the drop down next to their name under the "Approval" column.

You will then need to click "Accept" to approve their accesss to the event or "Decline" to reject them.
Once accepted the participant woudl show with a green tick next to them. If rejected they will show with a red X instead.
