How do I send a message to my suppliers?

I want to send a message during an event to my suppliers, how do I do this?

Solution

To send a message to your suppliers please use the following steps:

Click on the Messages tab, click on "Send New Message" and a widget will pop out of the page. 

You now need to decide who you are sending the message to. You have the option to send to All participants, Active Participants, Pending Acceptance, Declined Participants or you can select just certain participants using the tick boxes in the highlighted section below. 

All Participants - Will send to all participants that have been invited
Active Participants - Will send to this participants that have accepted the invitation to the event
Pending Acceptance - Will send to those participants that have been invited, but are yet to accept the invitation
Declined Participants - Will send to any participant which has been rejected from the event



  1. Write you message and once you are happy with the message and confirmed the recipients please click "Send Message".
