How do I share a document with specific suppliers?

What is the issue you're facing?

I want to share a document with specific participants in my event. How do I do this? :

Solution

1) Go onto your event and put your event into edit mode.
2) Once in edit mode, go onto the documents tab.
3) When you are on the documents tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and select 'add new document'.
4) This will then bring up a pop up box, upload your document and then select 'share with' (see below).



5) You can then select the supplier(s) who you wish to see this document. In the example below only Participant 2 would be able to see and access this document. 

6) Once you have selected them, click on upload documents.
7) Click save to take out of edit mode.

Note: This will then share this document with the supplier(s) you have selected and the other suppliers will not have any sight at all of these documents!
