To manually add in rows click the ‘Add Line Item Row’ within the Advanced Lot, then give each row a name. We recommend this approach if you have less than 5 line items. For larger advanced lots, it may be quicker to upload your line items, including the cell level data via our upload template. See link to the template download guide here and template upload guide here.
Once you have added in your line items and lot components, you'll need to click into each cell of the table to add in the detail for each line item by clicking ‘Edit Info’ within each cell.
For any Host entered text, numerical, date or pick-list columns you as the host can now enter your cell specific data. For example you may want to enter an annual quantity as a 'host entered numeric' value, or may want to provide further textual description as a 'host entered text' value.
When you add a participant price cell you can enter in additional description, unit of measure (UoM), quantity of UoM, your current price per UoM, Qualification price per UoM. You can also determine if you would like the cell to be the Lot Total, be a ranked field and if you want your suppliers to see their rank by making it visible. UoM is a free text field for example this could be 'each' or 'pack of 12', Making the cell a ranked cell will allow you to view participants results based on rank.
Top Tip:
Current price and qualification price are not shown to participants. Current
price is what any savings gained are calculated against and qualification price
is a price in which you are not accepting bids above. Both are optional fields.
Qualification price should only be used in certain scenarios where you either
know the market incredibly well or have a tight budget that must be stuck too.
See more information about Current price here and Qualification price here.
